Revenue & Field Operations Systems

Stop leaking the leads you already paid for.

JITAI helps service businesses get more from the software they already pay for. We connect calls, CRM, estimates, scheduling, dispatch, follow-up, and reporting around the way the business already works.

What we build

Revenue and field operations systems for service businesses.

Four connected outcome areas: Revenue Operations, Field Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Intelligence. Start with the software already in place and fix the highest-value gap first.

Revenue Operations

Capture inbound demand, assign an owner, and coordinate follow-up so every lead has a clear path toward booked work.

Revenue Operations: See the offers

Field Operations

Coordinate estimates, scheduling, dispatch, and job handoffs so the team can move booked work into reliable field execution.

Field Operations: See how it connects

Customer Experience

Coordinate inbound calls, missed-call recovery, reminders, status updates, and human handoffs so customers know what happens next.

Customer Experience: Find the gaps

Business Intelligence

Turn the data already in your calls, CRM, estimates, jobs, and pipeline into reporting owners can use to see gaps and decide what to fix.

Business Intelligence: Find the reporting gaps

Built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, construction, property management, real estate service businesses.

What this costs

You already paid for the software.

You paid the implementation fee. You paid for the pricebook setup. You have been paying per technician, every month, since. You sat through the onboarding.

The estimates still go out. The crew still gets slammed. Nobody still circles back.

This is not more software. It is five business days finding out which part of what you already pay for is leaking, and the smallest thing that would stop it.

These are clearly labeled demonstration projects. They show how the work is structured without inventing clients, data, or results.

CRM audit and recovery workflow

Revenue Leak Recovery System

Leads often stall after they're already captured: a slow first response, an unclear owner, or a follow-up that never fires. This system shows exactly where that break happens and what to fix first.

HubSpot Pipeline Cleanup

A HubSpot portal can be fully installed and still fail the sales team when stages, ownership, and follow-up don't match how deals actually move. This system reconnects them into one sequence the team can trust.

Lead routing and controlled follow-up automation

Lead Routing and Follow Up System

Leads come in from more than one place, but qualification, ownership, response, and follow-up don't work the same way twice. This system gives every lead the same reliable path, regardless of where it started.

Delivery process

Find the leak. Fix the smallest thing that stops leads from getting lost.

  1. 01

Show me where leads are coming from

Start with your real lead sources: calls, forms, ads, referrals. Not a generic checklist.

  2. 02

    Map what happens next

Follow a lead from first contact through follow-up, quote, and close to see where it actually goes.

  3. 03

    Find where the process breaks

Pinpoint the exact step where leads go quiet, stall, or fall through the cracks.

  4. 04

    Fix the smallest high-value problem

Repair the one break that recovers the most work, without a full rebuild.

  5. 05

    Test it and document it

Confirm the fix holds under real scenarios, then hand off clear notes on how it runs.

Questions before hiring

Clear scope makes the first project lower risk.

Why are we getting leads but not bookings?

Most of the time the leads are fine and the handoff after them is not. A slow first response, an unclear owner, or a follow-up that never fires is usually where the work is actually being lost, not the ad or the lead source.

Can you fix our current CRM without moving us?

Yes, and that's the default approach. The first move is to repair the structure and process inside the CRM already in use. Moving to new software is a separate decision, not an assumed solution.

Can you connect Meta Lead Ads to our CRM?

That may be possible through a supported connector or API, depending on the lead account, CRM, permissions, and available connection method. The scope verifies those details before promising an automated handoff.

What happens after a missed call?

Right now, that depends on who noticed. A Lead Follow Up Automation build turns a missed call into a tracked event: a callback task, an owner alert, or a follow-up message, depending on what your phone system and CRM support.

Can you fix quote follow-up?

Yes. Quote and estimate follow-up is one of the most common Lead Follow Up Automation builds: reminders, owner alerts, and a stop rule for when the quote is answered or declined.

What if our team still uses email, text, or spreadsheets?

That's normal, and it's still fixable. HubSpot is the main platform, but the work can include GoHighLevel, Airtable, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, n8n, shared inboxes, and spreadsheets, wherever the handoff is actually happening.

Can we start with one small problem?

Yes. The CRM Revenue Leak Audit is a fixed-scope diagnostic focused on identifying the highest-priority breakdown before any implementation is proposed.

Will everything run automatically?

No. You decide where a message can go out automatically and where a person needs to approve it first. The system is built to flag what it can't handle instead of failing silently.

Are the portfolio projects real client projects?

No. The current projects are demonstrations built to show the method, not paid client work. They're clearly labeled, and no client results are claimed.

Choose the next step

Show me where leads are getting stuck.

Start with one clear problem. I will map what is broken and recommend the smallest fix.
